Questions people ask.

Capacity planning compares the work your projects have committed to against the hours the team has available, then resolves the gap before it becomes a missed date. In Intlexl that comparison is built from the owners, allocations and dates already on your plans, so it stays current as the plans change.

Each task owner carries a percentage allocation. For every week in the window, Intlexl expands each assignment across its working days and totals the hours per person, then compares them with a standard working week. Weeks above 100% are flagged as over-allocated.

From your sheets. You create a resource manager, choose the workspaces in scope and the sheets that feed it, and map each sheet's owner, task, start and end columns. Nothing is re-keyed.

A Summary of utilisation per person with status, a Schedule and Capacity view that lists each person's tasks on a timeline beside their weekly load, and a Heatmap of people by week. Windows of four weeks, twelve weeks and six months are one click away.

Yes. Team utilisation, the capacity heatmap, the most over-allocated people, the bench and at-risk tasks are dashboard widgets that read from a resource manager.
