Platform access is priced per seat. Agents are licensed per active agent per project: turn one on for a project and it counts, turn it off and it stops. Rates are set with sales because the mix of seats, agents and connected systems varies by PMO.

Pricing questions.

A seat gives one person access to the platform: sheets, Gantt, dashboards, reports, resource management and Intlexl AI within the workspaces they may open.

Agents are licensed per active agent per project. For example, running the Status Chaser and Forecasting against ERP Transformation counts as two. Turn one off for a project and it is no longer counted.

The import centre reads your plans from Smartsheet or Microsoft Project, shows how each column and person will map, and only then writes them. Excel workbooks import straight into a sheet. We can help with the mapping review. See the migration pages for source-specific detail.

You can export any sheet to Excel at any time, so your plans are always yours to take with you.
