Intlexl

The same platform, a different week for each of you.

Pick your role to see which recurring jobs Intlexl takes on, which agent does each one, and what you would ask the assistant.

What each role types into the assistant.

Everyday questions, answered within the asker's permissions.

  • “Which tasks on ERP Transformation are overdue and who owns them?”
  • “What would slip if Phase 2 moved three weeks?”
  • “Summarise what changed on my projects this week.”
  • “Which projects are at risk and why?”
  • “Who is over-allocated next month?”
  • “Show me the overdue actions across every plan.”
  • “Who is over-allocated in October, and who has room?”
  • “Which people have worked on data migration?”
  • “Show me weekly utilisation for the next twelve weeks.”
  • “Which projects need my attention this week?”
  • “What is the budget against spend across our projects?”
  • “What is blocked, and who needs to unblock it?”

Questions people ask.

No. They take on the recurring follow-up: asking owners about overdue work, writing the daily standup, flagging likely slips and over-allocation. People still decide. Each agent runs at a tier an administrator sets, and anything that changes data waits for approval unless Act has been enabled.

Everyone works in the same live plans, but each person sees only what their access allows. The assistant answers within the asking person's permissions, so an executive and a project manager can ask the same question and get answers scoped to what each may see.

Usually the person doing the chasing. Project managers and PMO leads get the Status Chaser and the daily report first, resource managers get over-allocation flagged by week, and executives get dashboards that are current without a reporting cycle.

Bring one plan. See it run.

In 30 minutes we set up a workspace like yours and show sheets, Gantt, dashboards, capacity and a PM agent at work.
