Before you book.
Whoever owns the reporting and the chasing today, usually a PMO lead or a senior project manager, plus anyone who will judge how it fits your governance. Thirty minutes works best with two to four people.
Nothing formal. Tell us in the form how many projects you run, what you use today and what you report on. If you want to see how your plans would come across, bring an example of the structure you use in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or Excel.
Sheets, the Gantt, board and dashboards on a working set of projects, the resource manager, Intlexl AI answering questions about those plans, and one PM agent at work, usually the Status Chaser or Forecasting.
If it fits, we agree the seats and agents you need and the rates for them. If it does not fit how your PMO runs, we will say so.
