Intlexl

Move in without starting over.

Read your existing plans, see how they map, then write them into Intlexl. Hierarchy, predecessors and people come with them.

Connect, choose, map, import.

  1. 1

    Connect

Enter a Smartsheet API key or upload a Microsoft Project XML file. Nothing is written to your workspace at this step.

  2. 2

    Choose

Pick the workspaces, sheets or projects to bring across.

  3. 3

    Map

Review how columns and people will land, with anything approximate flagged.

  4. 4

    Import

Approve it and read the report of what came across and what needs a look.

Questions people ask.

Smartsheet, connected with an API key. Microsoft Project, from a file saved as XML (MSPDI). And Excel, by importing a workbook straight into a sheet. You can export any Intlexl sheet back to Excel.

No. For Smartsheet and Microsoft Project, the import centre reads your plans, shows how each column and person will map, and only then writes them. Hierarchy and predecessors come across, and anything the mapper is unsure of is flagged in a report. Excel workbooks import straight into a sheet.

Formulas made of functions and literals carry over. Formulas that reference other cells, columns or sheets arrive as their calculated value and are flagged so you can rebuild them. Access is set by Intlexl roles and sharing rather than copied from the source.
